Meet Reinnder Flock: quiet intelligence for the poultry house

A small camera, a gateway and a water sensor that watch a broiler house for the farmer. Flock is a concept in prototype, and this is its first film.

The film, line by line

  • A house changes in minutes.
  • One eye. One light.
  • Small enough for your hand.
  • Works when the internet doesn’t.
  • Real parts. Built in front of you.
  • Quiet intelligence.

Reinnder Flock is a monitoring kit for poultry houses. A Vision Node on the roof ridge looks down the house, a gateway keeps the data safe when the internet drops, and a water node watches the line that every bird depends on.

Flock is built to sit beside the controllers a farm already has, not to replace them. It is an independent watchdog: a second pair of eyes that does not take over a single fan, heater or feeder.

It is also a concept in prototype. The film is a concept film: its shots of the house are concept imagery that explains the idea, and it makes no claim about performance. What exists today is the gateway’s store-and-forward software, which has been tested on a bench. The camera and sensor firmware are still being built, on ready-made parts anyone can buy.

The next step is a trial in a working house, so that the next film can show real footage and the numbers behind it.
